PPL(A) Ground School

SOLO Student Special

If you are in a SOLO stage and you wish to finish your PPL(A) training with us you can benefit from this special offer. Students can enroll in our school and use our 4-seater Cessna 172 (180 HP) aeroplane for their SOLO flights under the supervision of our Flight Instructors. Different training locations in the Greek mainland and islands are possible. Rate per flight hour (HOBBS) with VAT is 150 euros. Includes: a) Use of Eurowings aeroplane, AVGAS fuel and supervision services by one of our Greek - English speaking flight instructors, b) FREE OF CHARGE shared accomodation in a studio nearby the training location for up to two weeks, c) landing, parking & ground handling charges at training airports, d) insurance for aeroplane and student, e) use of Eurowings e-learning platform with training content on flight excercises, maps/charts and planning software for navigation flights, f) free of charge use of the aeroplane for the PPL(A) Skill Test, g) tax (VAT). Time Building
PROMOTIONAL OFFER - APRIL 2012: ONLY FOR NEW TIME BUILDING PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS REGISTERED BEFORE 30/6/2012. Time Building Programs with Eurowings 4-seater Cessna 172 (180 HP) aeroplane are offered WITH OR WITHOUT mentoring services from our Flight Instructors. Cost is based on the number of pre paid "5-hrs packages" selected and our "FLY MORE PAY LESS" scheme. Rate per flight hour (HOBBS) with VAT is 180 euros for the first 15 flight hours progressively reduced to 156 euros after the first 40 hours. Respective rate with mentoring services (combination of DUAL and SOLO SUPERVISED FLIGHTS) is 201 euros and 180 euros. Quoted prices include: a) Use of Eurowings 4-seater Cessna 172 (180 HP) aeroplane with fuel, b) landing & parking charges, c) insurance for aeroplane, participant & instructor (when applied), d) documentation on aeroplane's performance and handling through Eurowings e-learning platform, e) access to Greek airport /navaid /waypoint database and planning software for navigation flights,f) flight instruction and supervision services (when applied), g) tax (VAT). FOR NON EUROWINGS PPL(A) GRADUATES, paticipation and successful completion of our Pilot Competency Program is required before the begining of any Time Building flights. Accommodation
For groups of 2 or more students who enroll in Eurowings PPL(A) Ground School & Flight Training Program, their shared accomodation in a studio nearby the training location for up to one month is provided FREE OF CHARGE. The same applies for groups of 2 or more participants who enroll in Eurowings Time Building programs for more than 15 flight hours each or one participant who enrolls for more than 30 flight hours.

Eurowings welcomes applications from qualified Flight Instructors interested in part or full time employment in Greece. Candidates should fully comply with respective EU/EASA FCL regulations, have previous working experience and demonstrate fluency in Greek and English languages. Cooperations
We are contantly seeking cooperations with aviation training organisations and other product and service providers around the globe which could result in synergies with Eurowings activities. In the pilot training field such cooperations could include exploitation of Eurowings facilities and services in Greece by foreign flight schools as part of their training plans and/or the enrollment of Eurowings graduates in these schools for continuation of their studies.
